Mag Box Help Tutorials : How to fix MAG Box Authentication Problem
If you have an IPTV subscription, and your MAG IPTV box shows the message “Authentication Problem”, in most cases this can be fixed very easily.
One of the reason this Authentication Problem error message appears is that the “link” between your router and MAG IPTV box has been disrupted, usually because the router has reset, or your ISP has issued a new IP address for your router, but your MAG IPTV box is still trying to locate your previous IP address.
To solve this problem, simply reboot your router, wait until it reconnects and you have internet access, and then reboot your MAG IPTV box.
The reboot will reestablish the link between your router and IPTV box, and your paid IPTV subscription should work again.
Another simply fix for this is to ensure that your MAG IPTV box has the correct server setting to enable it to retrieve the correct date and time. How to change the date and time on a MAG IPTV Box
If these two simply fixes do not work, then you will have to contact your IPTV provider, as this means there is an issue with your account.
